Mission:
The
mission of Membership is to seek
out local African American HR
professionals for membership in our
association. In addition, we promote the
value of our association and it's members
to companies to persuade them to sponsor
employee membership in the local chapter.
The
strategies to grow organization membership
are:

At
least twice-annual membership drives
designed to recruit potential
members within the state.

Active
company and organization
solicitation to determine potential
membership potential.

Creating
value of membership to encourage
potential members to join, and
-
Building
awareness of the Association and the
value of membership.
