Mission:
The
mission of Programs and Professional
Development is to develop effective programs
designed to enhance the skills of our local
professional members.
We
will assist in building local membership by
providing superior programs that meet member
needs, and to assist in the development of the
youth in the Greater Detroit area.
We
determine member needs, then deliver programs
designed to delight our membership. We also manage
the program effectiveness evaluation process after
services have been provided.

The
HR profession is undergoing profound and rapid
change as companies recognize the value that
effective strategic HR programs and activities
bring to their organization. Among the
developmental issues faced by HR professionals
